Unless specified on the actual Notice, these are the Standard Terms to all Iron County Foreclosure sales:

• 10% down in cash or Certified Funds; balance due within 10 days of confirmation of sale; failure to pay balance due will result in forfeit of deposit to plaintiff.
• Sold "as is" and subject to all legal liens and encumbrances.
• Buyer to pay applicable Wisconsin Real Estate Transfer Tax.

Sales are normally held in the Lobby of the Iron County Courthouse.  If a Sale is being held at a different location, it will be listed on the actual Notice.
