MISSION: The Iron County Child Support Agency’s mission is to empower parents to provide for their children, strengthen families, and build community. We strive to accomplish this mission by offering assistance in establishing parentage, establishing support orders, locating parents, monitoring and modifying support obligations, and connecting parents to sustainable employment. OBTAININGSERVICES:

Services of the Iron County Child Support Agency are free. 

• If you have an existing Iron County Court Case, you may apply for our services free by filling out a 1-page simplified application and returning it to us. If possible, attach a copy of your most recent court order.
  
• If you are brand new to child support services, you are required to fill out an application for services. Parent or Guardian Applications can be downloaded from the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families website. Apply for child support services

PAYING CHILD SUPPORT:

Important: It is your responsibility to ensure child support payments are received at the Wisconsin Trust Fund on time, even if you have a wage garnishment in place. 

The Wisconsin Child Support Collections Trust Fund (WI SCTF) handles all incoming and outgoing child support payments for the State of Wisconsin.

Please include a payment coupon when mailing in a support payment. This ensures that your payment will be applied to your account.
